Ziva and Meiko return back to their hotel room from a very long flight to find their new floormat right where the previous crew left him. His assignment was to make sure the goddesses were fed and that their feet were tended to. As soon as they sit down they get comfortable by kicking their shoes off and rubbing their fishnets all into his face...their feet are incredibly sweaty from walking up and down the aisle for 10+ hours...they finally get to air them out over his nostrils. In order to get a better grip on his nose the fishnets come off... incredible smothering.
