Caroline is chained to the wall on a very short leash, and has to practically choke herself pulling against the leash to reach Mistress Eve's feet so she can lick her shoes. Mistress Eve just lays back on the couch, relaxing and watching her pathetic slave girl struggle for a taste of her Mistress's dirty shoes. Caroline removes the shoes when told to do so, and licks Mistress Eve's beautiful bare feet.
