The Council of Eight, a group of immortals representing eight kung fu spirit creature styles has decided to break their ties with the world of man. In doing so, it has sent out enforcers to collect humans whose skills may suit them and rob the world of man of the secrets of martial arts.
Gold Dragon, a former council member, secretly trains human students to oppose his former colleagues. One of his students, Jasper, is visited by statuesque enforcer, Tasha the Tamer. No match for the immortal legbreaker, Jasper is saved by a timely intervention from her master. But as Tasha and Gold Dragon square off to fight, Jasper takes Tasha out with her own stinky shoe!
Soon, Tasha is strapped to a chair. Gold Dragon wants to know whats going on. When Tasha refuses to talk, Gold Dragon takes a feather to her very large, unshod and ticklish foot!
