It's getting very cold here in the UK, and my habit of wearing one shoe is giving me a chilly foot! It's been a few months now that I've been enjoying the feeling of wearing just one shoe, so here I am in jeans and one sock and trainer, telling you all about my one shoe adventures and the impact it has on my foot. I get regular pedicures to stop the skin looking hard and tough, but it is now fully used to being shoeless! I rub the bare foot against the shoe wearing foot as we chat, and I tease you lots with both feet.
